Description
Navajo handmade Wild Horse bracelet, also known as Red Thunder and Appaloosa. Size is 5-1/2 from side to side with 1" opening. Fits a standard woman's wrist 6-7" this type of bracelet can be adjusted larger or smaller.
This unique formation of veins running white in color with a reddish hematite web has similar characteristics of the White Buffalo Turquoise. It is similar in fact that it is hard enough to take a brilliant shine. It forms along with major copper deposits in the southwest. Wild Horse are being set in both sterling silver and 14 k Gold and are fast becoming very popular due to its unique characteristics and color.
