The shape of the silver naja pendant often seen at the end of the squash blossom necklace is traceable to Moorish Spain and even farther back in time to a device used to ward off the evil eye. Some see it as a horseshoe that symbolizes good luck. Size: 2-1/2" tall with bail. Navajo made. Heavy solid gauge sterling silver and adorned it with a beautiful natural turquoise nugget.
(Showing a layering idea. Turquoise necklace is sold separately, 30" long and $395)
(Navajo Pearl necklace made in heavy gauge sterling silver can be purchased separately - this is 20" and $299 but we have other necklaces on our website)
